Saint Allen Austin is a Tunica-based filmmaker, writer, and cultural producer dedicated to archiving and elevating the authentic narratives of the Mississippi Delta. Operating at the foundational level of regional arts infrastructure, he focuses on cinematic storytelling, community-led creative direction, and building sustainable pipelines for local technicians and artists.

Nana Kumi

Nana Kumi is a Natchez-based multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker, and land steward whose work explores memory-keeping and oral history. Her practice spans film, photography, and community-led initiatives focused on food sovereignty and the relationship between Black communities and the Southern landscape.

Simone Cottrell
Founding Member
Guided by dreams and memory, my practice draws from Khmae diasporic traditions, the rituals of whiteness, and Black social justice wisdom. Using recycled fabrics, found objects, and storytelling, I transform community pain into soft power protest.

Alexis Noble
Founding Member
Alexis Noble is a multiphase creative born and raised in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Her educational background has equipped her with a deep understanding of design, style, and presentation, which she channels into her work as an artist, creative director, and advocate for Southern Black and Brown voices.

Kenny Pahina
Founding Member
Kenny Pahina is a Jackson-based independent pop artist, songwriter, producer, and event curator who directs the multi-disciplinary creative brand Planet Pahina. His career seamlessly bridges self-directed studio production and local live curation with global commercial placements, including sync licensing through Audiio and a global campaign for Samsung Galaxy via Wieden+Kennedy.

Amaris Hodge

Amaris Hodge is a visual storyteller, creative strategist, and brand identity builder specializing in translating complex concepts into clear visual narratives. He operates at the intersection of research, design layout, and project execution, partnering with technical creators to transition raw concepts into fully realized, structured campaigns.

Husam Elmadih

Husam maintains an independent photography and filmmaking practice and frequently lends his technical expertise on-set to support independent, artist-led projects across the state.

James Chatmon Jr. is a multi-media storyteller. His work is intertwined in the rich history and present of Mississippi and cultural representation that the US South offers.

MyKinzi Roy
Guild Member
MyKinzi' Roy is a graphic designer, brand strategist, and marketing professional specializing in visual identity systems and digital multimedia layout. A graduate of Jackson State University, she serves as the Brand Director for the Mississippi AI Collaborative and has been recognized as a finalist for the Mississippi Pinnacle Awards.
