Ensemble Guild Teases Your New Favorite Zine
After welcoming a new group of Ensemble Guild Scribe Members, we knew it was time to make room for a new kind of creative project: a zine.
Making Moonshots is a place for writers, poets, photographers, and illustrators to sharpen their skills, share their work, and see what can happen when creative voices come together.
A zine is an independently made publication. It's personal, playful, and driven by the people who create it. It can bring together words and images in unexpected ways, without being confined to one format or point of view.
Issue No. 001 will bring together short stories, comic book pages, illustrations, photography, poems, and collages. Some pages are made to be read; others are made to be lived with. Many are frameable works of art.
The issue features cover artwork by Kenny Pahina and highlights his debut album, bringing music and visual creativity into the same orbit.
Making Moonshots is a showcase for emerging work and a space to experiment, learn, and make something worth sharing. Issue No. 001 arrives in December 2026.
